Ordering process.

1. Email your details at shopatnaella@gmail.com or message via FB (for a faster respond)

2. Bookings are allowed only when deposit  of certain amount is done.

3. We will reply you the total amount and banking information. Payment are to be done withing 24 hours or orders will be cancelled.

4. Please insert our email (shopatnaella@gmail.com) if you're using internet banking. 

If you're using Cash Deposit Machine, please email/message us the image of the receipt.

Excess payment will be refunded with your delivery or via internet banking.

5. Upon confirmation of your payment, your order will then be posted out to you using Pos Laju. 

Same day delivery: Payment received before 12 pm on working days. 

Delivery will be conducted on daily unless stated. If the date falls on public holidays shipment will be done on the next delivery day.

*PREORDERS usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Terms and Condition

1. Based on first pay first served basis. Priority are given to those who can make the fast payment.

2. All items are new unless stated.

3. For serious buyers only. No refunds once payment is made.

4. Deposit of 50% are allowed. If items are not fully paid within 1 month, deposit will be forfeited.

5. Refund and exchange is only allowed on defected items. Item must be in unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 1 week.

Shipping Method

1. All items sold will be shippped daily unless stated. If the date falls on public holidays shipment will be done on the next delivery day.

2. Same day delivery: Payment received before 12 pm on working days. Items paid after 12 pm will be shipped on the next day.

3. All items will be sent via Poslaju (Malaysia). Items will normally reach its destination within 1-2 days for Malaysia.

4. We will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items during delivery.
